I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the finest and creative men and women who served our armed forces. In Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey the army substance abuse and prevention coordinator Mrs. Amy Gopal had a vision of sharing information and spreading hope through fictional characters . I was commissioned by her to create a team of super heroes who represent the departments of health and assistance. The superheroes were carefully created with the leadership and guidance of Mrs. Amy. These heroes are part of the PACT or Picatinny Arsenal Cares Team.
